"The location was not great for walkers/pedestrians coming from the train station or airport to the Big Market SQ. or the Fish market sq. (Central Business Dist.) Also, there was alot of messy construction outside the front entrance, by the highway/freeway. Great hotel though, especially if you drive or are in GRN for a conference/event at the Martini Arena."

"I really enjoyed my two night stay at this hostel. The team at reception were really helpful and friendly. The place opened in August 2024 to at least 4* hotel level. Great cafe and bar on ground floor. The location is very central in the old town and directly opposite Vets concert venue. "This was the start of our trip. My father traced his ancestors back to the area and wanted to see it and see if he could learn any more information. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We only spent the first two days of our trip here, and we all agreed we could have spent more. We hope to travel back another time from the USA and have a little more time to check things out. When the time comes, we’d love to stay here again."
