Pine Grove Duplex is a very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath with an open floor plan and cathedral ceiling adding to the comfortable feel. Great living area for enjoying the large screen TV or casual conversation. The dining section overlooks the large backyard. Neat little sitting area perfect for getting together with your favorite book. Well-equipped kitchen with desk area and up-to-date appliances. You will enjoy sitting on the large open patio or maybe frisbee in the backyard.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. No Pets. No SmokingLinens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. Great for small family & pets
Beautiful small cottage at a great location. The bedrooms were small but the living area (where most time would be spent) is very spacious. The yard and landscaping were beautiful, and provided a great safe space for our dogs to run around. We were able to leave our stroller on the covered porch to load and unload for trips to the beach. The location was a lovely walk to the nearest beach ramp.

The perfect place!
The property was busy perfect for my husband, me and our two dogs! The photos did not do it justice. It was a beautiful place inside and out. We loved the fenced in backyard and the multiple sitting areas outside. The inside was comfortable and clean. We loved it!
