"Two downside. Staff is not well converse in English.. they did not try to understand my needs and just say no to all my questions (I have tried to use google translate to communicate). Second thing would be the floor and room inside stink terribly with tobacco smell. Other things were fine."

"The building exterior looks normal, however when you enter the building, it’s pretty obvious that maintenance is needed. Check in process was quick. Room needed a make over, carpet needed cleaning. From the rating, even tho it’s according to their standards, I believe it’s been over rated."
