"Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! "

"My wife and our 3 children (15, 12 & 9) wanted to visit Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg for a family vacation. We were thrilled with our decision to rent this VRBO the moment we arrived. The owners left a nice card to welcome us and a jar of bird seed. The RV had everything we needed. The master had a nice bed for two adults. The RV had two bunk beds for my 9 and 12 year olds. "Tree Solo was exactly the nature filled escape we needed this weekend! It’s secluded, but easy to find and get too. The view from the treehouse with the Autumn leaves falling in the breeze had us in awe. The Property manager, Jazmine was amazing, great communication and checked up to see if anything was needed! The horses in the pasture were beautiful, and we seen the sweetest barn kitty."

The heater didn’t work but there were two space heaters that were sufficient for the size of the unit.
