"The hotel is located straight across from the Algeciras ferry port. Rooms were clean but keep windows closed at night to keep flying insects out. Tour companies are right next door where you can purchase a ferry tour ticket to Africa. I purchased a ferry tour from Tarifa to/back Tangiers for 50 euros. "It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented.
