"At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

"The house is very beautifull and wel equiped, everything you might possibly need is there. The rooms are even more beautifull than the pictures show. Only the communication with the owner and the housekeeper was difficult. It was not clear for us how to check out and in. And we received a strange SMS message from the housekeeper that we had to pay 100 euro extra, which was not true..."

"8 of us stayed and found the property exactly as detailed. Bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and excellent bedding, bathrooms with great showers. Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. We were delighted with our 4 night stay and great communication with our host Jean Claude 👍"

"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. This cute little town was great. 2 amazing restaurants, walkable, and very residential. It is very much different than surrounding towns. We found if we wanted to “go out” we would go to...

"We came for Pfifferdaj, wine festival and parade on 3 Sep 2023. Ten of us stayed at this place. It was awesome. Each of the six rooms has its own bathroom and AC. Modern appliances and large seating area. Only a ten minute walk to the city center. Claire is awesome too. She was in the parade, but took the time to greet us on Friday 1 Sep. On site parking spaces for 4 cars. We did not need our cars since everything was so close."

"We have just enjoyed 4 nights in the apartment (more like a one floor cottage) with the most spectacular views. The owners were very helpful and the property was spotlessly clean and set in beautiful gardens. We ate on the balcony and enjoyed the vista. Everything was exactly as you would wish for with modern design and lovely beams. I can highly recommend this apartment and the surrounding area was stunning. We wish we had booked for a week. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the Black...
