My check in was horrible 1 person working behind the counter very slow and left to do something in the back office it took me over 30 mins to check in and i requested a king size bed instead i was given a room with 2 queen beds. The hotel is Very Much out dated there are no restaurants inside you have to walk to McDonald's or Buffalo Bill's no bar or gift shop plus limited slot machines i don't recommend this hotel to anyone stay somewhere else

But when we received our room, it was absolutely disgusting from you're on the floor by the toilet to bugs spiders, webs eggs from I don't know what kind of insect possibly bad bugs. To switching us to another room that hat zero heating and still is dirty

i could not stay there. I was too scared to even go in the room. The elevator was falling apart. I feared for my safety. It was dirty everywhere. It was very scary, unsafe and no security or staff to help. two hours to get my room keys then I couldnt even go to the room. I ended up having to drive an hour to Vegas and paid for another room at south point. I would like a refund in full. since I wasnt able to stay there. Don't book anything for this hotel.
