This is a charming casino, but also showing its age. There was only one service clerk checking people in for the night. It was quite a wait. Our room's chain lock was broken, so my daughter had to wait in the line again to get a room change. Then I needed to go back down and wait in the line again to confirm the room change. Rooms had an odor to them. Showers are very low.

Very old and outdated property, I was also woken up by room service twice once at 9am and again at 10am. Then at 10:15am some random lady walks into my room and says wrong room.

We had gotten a room that was “newly renovated” the shower was old and the heater took a minute to turn on and was very loud. The room smelled like pickle juice when we walked in. (You get what you pay for)

Horrible, nothing open, no place to eat except Denny's which only had "one cook". 45 min wait. Hotel is falling apart. So sad this should be a money maker due to location. For so many years this place was packed. nothing for kids to do, arcade machines mostly broken, coaster down. Sleeping room furniture was older than I am (upper 50's). I think I saw the furniture in my great grammas house. only saving grace beds were extremely comfortable. Put a little bit of money into these properties they will thrive again. Or sell it and let someone else make this an awesome place again . I happen to work for a large hotel chain, so I know what I'm talking about.

Walked in after looking online. Rate was higher, had to reserve online then go in. Got keys to room, none of the keys worked, and door was ajar when we got to it. When I went back down to front desk, receptionist wasn’t the most understanding or pleasant. Got another room. Dennys restaurant was not busy, but took awhile to get food. Was good when we finally got it.
