"As two women staying here by ourselves, this place made us uncomfortable. Wires were cut leading up to the hut (they said it’s been like that for 6 years but how would we know that?) and the lock was broken/tampered with so that it wouldn’t lock at all. Didn’t feel as it was worth it to call someone out as we were in the middle of nowhere and still felt unsafe on the property so we left to find a hotel."

"We had a wonderful Easter at this cozy mountain home! We visited together with friends. The kids had a blast playing table tennis and going on an egg hunt! Skiing nearby Jay Peak was awesome. "Our stay at the Spruce Cabin @ Woodshed Lodge was the perfect weekend away. The tiny cabin was adorable, and came with all the necessary accoutrements (kitchen, heaters, tv, wood stove, fireplace, king size bed). The management team was incredibly attentive and kind, and went above and beyond in ensuring we had all we needed for a memorable experience. Thanks so much team, we will be back! "
