“PERFECT FOR FAMILIES”

This magnificent south facing property is totally private and is located in a peaceful area near the golf and the beach is only a 10 min drive.

With a maximum capacity of 10 guests.

The main house has 3 bedrooms with all spacious en suite bathrooms.
The indoor apartment has a bathroom, 2 bedrooms,fully equipped kitchen with separate living room and terrace.
The house has a separate toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen, covered naya,terrace, amazing pool ,outside kitchen,outside shower, toilet,garden and games room with full size snooker table and tv .
Also on side darts and table tennis.
All the bedrooms are with double beds.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances and has a seperate utility room.

The terrace has a lovely lounge area and relaxing sun beds ,there is also a hammock area to have the best time.
The terrace is leading to a private garden ( also a fruit garden)and swimming pool
In the garden is an amazing equipped outside kitchen with BBQ .
This villa has a lot of different areas.
Naya as the perfect place for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book.
Separate tv room to enjoy your movies.
Large tables to have the best gatherings.
Wonderful outside area to enjoy the Spanish life.

Gated property with automatic electric gate and enough parking.
The property is provided with air condittion, bed lines,bath towels ,WIFI and Sonos system.
Free 3 hours cleaning a week, so you can enjoy your holidays.
We also offer massage at your place (not included) and will do our best to make it your dream destination.

Exceeded expectations
Just returned from an amazing stay at this stunning villa that exceeded our already high expectation. As a large family group there was more than enough space and the facilities and furnishing are high quality throughout. The pool and gardens were bigger than we thought from the photos and the orientation of the villa picks up all day sun so the adjustable electric sunshades are a welcome relief. The location of the villa is well positioned for privacy and relaxation with no overlooking neighbours in a quiet, safe residential area. Dominique is the perfect host and made us feel welcomed and quickly at home, communication from initial booking to the moment we left was on point and the Villa owner is committed to guests’ enjoyment. Javea town and the local beaches are an easy, short 12-minute drive and I recommend a visit to Bar Restaurant El Campo which is just 5 minutes away. The villa has a great BBQ area in the outdoor kitchen and Dominique advised she could arrange for a Chef to come in if we wanted. The pictures cannot express the comfort and cleanliness of this villa or the Spa like aroma throughout, would certainly recommend and return.

What an amazing place. The outside kitchen was brilliant and we made good use of the snooker.Dominique was a fabulous host and was on hand for anything we needed. We would come back in a heartbeat.
