Casa Sanda is situated in a very quiet & secluded cul-de-sac in Balcon al Mar, Javea. It is not overlooked from any direction and is surrounded by woods on two sides. It is enclosed by a beautiful walled perimeter.

Entertain yourself at this fantastic location – with an enormous ground floor area with gardens, a large 10m x 5m swimming pool plus an upper terrace and dining area with a spectacular open plan location. Experience the beautiful views and relax by the pool in a tranquil setting!

Casa Sanda is a place for you, your family and friends to have a relaxing get away in a home away from home surrounded by magnificent views.

Casa Sanda is a holiday home for 4 persons, consisting of ground floor plus upper terrace area, has Wifi internet, 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite with shower, separate family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet etc.

The garden area consists of a private swimming pool, 10metre x 5metre with steps into and a shallow 2 foot ledge ideal for babies, outdoor solar shower, large tiled surrounding areas with 4 sunbeds and umbrellas, all weather dining table & 6 chairs, Masonry barbecue, grassed area with flower borders, large covered area with 2 easy chairs, 2 sofas, side tables, fridge-freezer etc. Three steps up to an additional raised small open terrace area with 2 easy chairs & table & wind-out awning.

Casa Sanda has a lounge/dining room with 3 sofas (2×2 & 1×3 seater) flat screen t.v., electric fire, dining table & six chairs, reverse-cycle air conditioning unit, double glazed doors to car parking area.

The kitchen has gas hob & oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster & fridge freezer. A washing machine & tumble dryer are easily accessible in the laundry room, just outside the front door.

The main bedroom has queen bed, dressing table etc., wardrobe, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower etc., door to sun-room overlooking pool. The second bedroom has two single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, ceiling fan, door to sun-room overlooking pool.

The second bathroom has bath with shower, toilet, wash hand basin etc.

Outside the personal front door are stairs leading up to a large part-covered terrace with sea views. There is a solid wood dining table & six chairs, a separate glass top table with 4 chairs & plenty of room for al fresco dining, coffee etc…

To the front of the property there is plenty of parking for several large cars, also open fronted undercover protected parking area, with access to the rear garden. The residence of Casa Sanda is approximately 200m2 on an enclosed plot of about 1200m2.

There are wonderful cliff top sea views within about 400 yards of Casa Sanda, there are restaurants & a supermarket within walking distance. In the surrounding area are several cliff top sea view walks and pretty Barraca Bay & Granadella beach are but a few minutes drive from the property.

Javea town itself, with beaches, bars, clubs & restaurants is less than a 10 minute drive away.
