'La casa con sol besó ramaje” (House with the sun kissed branches) is situated in the tranquil Costa Nova district of Jávea; It is a 5 minutes stroll to restaurants and within 8 minutes drive to Jávea town, beaches, restaurants and bars.

The villa has a 10x5M private swimming pool, outside pool shower, well-established gated private gardens and secure parking. This family villa is decorated to capture the Spanish ambiance and comprises of a sitting room, open plan dining room and glazed Naya with a further relaxing area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and dish washer. Washing machine and tumble-dryer are located in a separate utility room. There are 3 bedrooms - Principal king double with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, and family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the whole villa has central heating making it an ideal winter let. Casa Ramaje is equipped as our second home and is perfect for families with children. We include lots of children's equipment, cot, highchairs, changemat, toddler crockery and cutlery, beakers, box of toys and DVDs.

The large south facing sun patio boasts a traditional Spanish BBQ ideal for al fresco dining. The pool and sun terrace area are completely private and not overlooked making this the perfect holiday destination for families or honeymoon couples. The pool has large roman steps to get in and out making access easy, the villa is all on one level and the garden is flat and even.

This villa is equipped with Cable TV. We have 24+ English channels including BBC, Sports and movies, 24+ German channels and some French, Italian and Spanish channels. WIFI fast speed internet with no download limit is also included.

Costa Blanca is a haven for golfers. Close to the villa are several golf courses.

In addition to the fabulous beaches, scenery, bars and restaurants in Javea itself. There are also lots of places to see and visit within an hours drive from the villa. For families with children or those just young at heart you can visit Aqualandia (Themed water park with slides and flumes etc), Mundomar (A marine and exotic animal park near Aqualandia), Terra Mitica (Themed roller-coaster and amusement park) and Terra Natura (Zoo with elephants, tigers and lions etc). If you prefer quieter activites why not visit the Jalon Valley (Beautiful scenery, villages, wine making region), Algar waterfalls (fantastic for picnics and swimming), Gudalest (Medieval mountain village and castle), Cactuslandia (lovely gardens full of all varieties of cactus), or the famous Caves of Canelobre.

Villa is excellent in a really tranquil location but with cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Outside space was amazing and it was only a short drive to shops a Xàbia sea front and town. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Place and Area
We had a great time staying at Casa Ramaje. The villa has everything that you need for a comfortable stay and the pool area is superb. The area around the villa is picturesque with lots of lovely viewpoints within a short walking distance and the nearby town of Javea has lots of great restaurants along with a great sandy beach. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the villa and area!

Great Pool Area
Absolute amazing Pool Area and Space outside. The terrace and the Garden are in great shape. New and modern bathrooms, the House is a great retreat for a vacation. We had a decent vacation.

Lovely Villa
Well equiped villa. Pool was great for the children. Air con in bedrooms a life saver. 10 min drive to lovely sandy beach and Javea town. Only downside was the biting flies/mosquitos which seem to inhabit the area (can't blame owner for them but they were a constant menace)

GREAT LOCATION IN JAVEA
The property was clean but looked a bit jaded and could have done with a lick of paint. The master bedroom had 2 mattresses on the bed which were very uncomfortable and one mattress kept slipping off the bed.

Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great location and very quiet. The property had everything you needed and a very good informative welcome folder. Some helpful goodies in the fridge to get you started, lovely touch. We got a little plagued with mosquito but normal for time of year. Don’t let it put you off. The property is not super modern but practical and holds its Spanish charm. Nice to see. Had a great time, no complaints. Thanks for sharing your property.

Great summer holiday
My family stayed in the house for 14 days in July… my husbond and myself and our two teenagers. The house was as we expected and the pool area was great and most of our time was spent outside or at the beach only a 10 minute drive from the house. Only a short Wall from the house there was a small bakery where you could buy fresh bread every morning and there were larger supermarkeds nereby aswell. At the beach there were several restaurants, shops and bars. Overall a great holiday

Pleasant Villa in a quiet neighborhood
We had a good and relaxing time at Villa Ramaje. Very nice and well furnished house with a large, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Cozy living room with a TV with many international channels. Good to know that the fireplace mentioned in the house description and shown in the photos cannot be operated with firewood. We suggest mentioning this circumstance in the house description to avoid misunderstandings with future guests. Pleasant and practical sheltered outdoor area, which we have actively used in this windy transitional period (April). Lovely well-kept garden with a clean swimming pool. Particularly worth mentioning is the BBQ in the garden area. It is very practical to use and a real highlight for BBQ lovers like us! The villa is in a very quiet and pleasant area. Shopping, restaurants and Javea with the beaches are just minutes away from the villa. Nicky, the manager of the property, is a lovely and very helpful lady who keeps the house in good shape. All in all, we had a very relaxing and nice holiday. Thank You!

Beautiful villa feels like home
We had an amazing stay at this villa, from the initial booking with the owner Juliette to our meeting with the local agent Nicky and our 10 day stay at the beautiful house, everything was perfect. The owner has thought of every little detail to prepare for your stay and to make the most of your time while you are there, from detailed instructions on how to get there etc to recommendations on where to visit, eat, local beaches etc. The villa itself has everything you need and the pool was amazing. The only downside was that the villa and pool were so nice that it was an effort to move away from them to go and explore the beautiful area of Javea. You do need a car when staying here as apart from a few restaurants that are walking distance, the beaches and the old town are about a 10 min drive and there are no footpaths everywhere so it would be too dangerous to walk. The spacious villa is located in a quiet area, is not overlooked and is exactly as pictured on the website. It was also very clean, as was the pool, and the beds were comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying at Casa Ramaje if you don't mind hiring a car.

Perfect Villa
The villa has absolutely everything required for a perfect holiday, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and lots of extras too ie hairdryer, pool towels, books, dvds, lilo. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and very comfortable and the facilities in the Villa cover absolutely everything needed; there was also a very welcome arrival package of milk, bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, orange juice and Cava, very much appreciated, such a lovely touch and enjoyed with gusto after the journey. The lovely feel and welcome of the Villa allows settling in to be immediate which in turn makes a holiday feel longer, perfect. The garden with the most glorious large pool is a joy, very spacious with lots of different seating areas to allow your choice of sun or shade at all times of the day. Pool and garden teams visit and all is kept immaculately. Pool shower and lovely BBQ as well. The owner and team ensure the booking, directions from the airport and arrival, staying and departure instructions are very clear and very thorough, which makes all the administration a breeze, another bonus. The Villa is in a beautifully peaceful area, there are a selection of restaurants to walk to and Javea beach, port and old town are a very short drive or taxi ride and well worth a visit. We took a boat from Javea port to watch the sunset from sea which was beautiful, with dinner afterwards back at the seafront. Excellent supermarkets are also just a few minutes drive. I cannot recommend this Villa highly enough and would love to revisit. Fabulous family holiday, thank you.
