"This is my go-to place to stay if I am traveling outside of Indonesia. The staff is well versed in travelers needs and will offer helpful suggestions. There is a good selection of food and drinks available in several different restaurant settings. My favorite is the rooftop with great views. This trip was my first since the pandemic and I am thrilled that FM 7 is still great and remains my favorite travel hotel."

"The interior from the entrance to reception and lobby has a spacious character of a forest. Muted colour grace the ID peppered with Batik elements and sympathetic art works streaming to the bedrooms. The pool in the podium block is breath taking in quiet intimacy with the landscape, bringing you away from the madding crowds. Such a pleasure to celebrate our vacation with this project which reflects timelessness between tradition and modernity. Congratulations to the architects. A+!! "

"Our stay was pleasant. Staff were very accommodating, but on two separate occasions we made bookings with the staff, and the bookings weren’t actually made. They were very agreeable with us, but we later found out they didn’t actually understand us. We feel they needed more staff that could speak and understand English. Other than this, we did enjoy our stay and the hotel is beautiful."
