Little House in Ardèche Beautiful view

The 60m2 two-storey house is located on the side of the youngest volcano in Europe (Cutting, so named because of the shape of the crater). It is a 10 minute walk from the village of Jaujac.
From the house various walking possibilities: the volcano's crater, the castle of Rochemure or ferruginous water source Peschier.

With 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4: 1 double bed and 1 pull-out bed), living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a toilet, it has all the necessary comfort. Ideal for a couple and may be suitable for a couple with two young children.
The outside to furniture and a barbecue are available.
The house has a 90m2 terrace, perfect for long summer evenings and barbecues.

The Little House at Jaujac - a wonderful experience
It was magnificent, well appointed, clean with excellent walks from the house to the Coupe de Jaujac, the village and the hills opposite. The Little House was lovely with everything we needed and the terrace offered magnificent views across the Lignon valley to the peaks of Ladenne and Courcoussat. I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wanting a restful (or energetic) holiday in the Ardeche. The village offers a wide range of facilities with two excellent boulangeries - one selling a wide range of 'bio' goods and home made excellent sweet chestnut biscuits. For a long day out aimed at rail enthusiasts (like me) then there is the Vivarais Railway operating from Tournon sur Rhone station - we drove over the hills via Vals les Bains, Mezilhac, Le Cheylard and Lamastre. Wonderful metre gauge railway the surviving part of a once extensive system. We shall definitely plan to stay at the Little House again. Thank you Kim and Claude. Richard & Alison Watts

Wat een rust !!!
Hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het liefelijke huisje. Alles, maar echt alles, was aanwezig. De wandeling naar Jaujac centrum was mooi en op 15 min. Claude is supervriendelijk en behulpzame man. We gaan zeker nog eens terug!!

Très agréable séjour dans cette jolie location très bien équipée. Elle est bien située au pied des chemins de randonnées et à 15 mn à pied par ces chemins du villages et de ses commerces. L’accueil réservé par Claude excellent et ses conseils sur la région et bonnes adresses au top.

Het was een geweldig verblijf voor ons tweeën met onze hond. Het huisje is compact maar alles is voor handen. De omgeving is fantastisch mooi. We maakten verschillende wandelingen in de omgeving: Jaujac,Thueyts, Vogüé, Balazuc, Ruoms,... Het huisje bevindt zich dicht bij het dorpje waar er een bakker, cafeetjes, fietsverhuur,... zijn. We keren volledig opgeladen terug naar huis!😊

Wir haben unseren 12-tägigen Aufenthalt in Jaujac sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und und gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Urlaub ohne Internet/WLan war auch mal eine gute Erfahrung... Die niedrige Deckenhöhe gerade im Obergeschoss/Bad ist für größere Menschen allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage außerhalb des Ortes am Waldrand und im Wandergebiet ist schön - das lebendige und authentische Jaujac ist mit einem Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Hier gibt es zwei Bäcker, Metzger, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Apotheke, Cafés, Restaurants, Eisdiele, Touristeninfo... Die Badestelle am Fluss ist traumhaft :-)

Quel agréable séjour...!
100% conforme à notre attente, village sympa, pittoresque, calme mais animé, super bien desservi (tous commerces classiques + excellents glacier et micro-brasseur). Région idéale pour vélo, randonnée, baignade... Petite maison parfaite, à l'écart mais proche du village (un petit quart d'heure par la route, 20 minutes par les sentiers), bien conçue et bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux par Claude et Maryse, le petit pastis et le petit pinard partagés on clôturé ce chouette séjour... on reviendra!

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in natürlicher Umgebung
Wir haben uns im FH richtig wohl gefühlt. Herr Claude hat uns freundlich Empfangen und eingewiesen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, und ist sehr sauber. Unser kleiner Hund konnte sich auf dem großen Gelände frei bewegen. Tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen in einer abwechslungsreichen Umgebung mit vielen Überraschungen. Der kleine Ort verfügt über alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und einer vielseitigen Unterhaltung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pour les amateurs de randonnées l'endroit est parfait sans prendre la voiture. La maison est mignonne avec un confort suffisant et il ne manque rien pour cuisiner, tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont présents. Claude est vraiment charmant et il a le cœur sur la main. Je recommande vraiment cette location

Très bon séjour, à renouveler...
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour accompagnés de nos 2 chiens. Petite maison très jolie et pratique. Les photos sur le site reflètent vraiment la réalité. Village tout proche et bien équipé (magasin - boucheries - boulangeries - Cafés - restaurants et surtout....un excellent glacier :-) . Inutile de se déplacer ailleurs pour faire les courses. Et plein de belles balades et de magnifiques villages à visiter
