We stayed here three nights. The cabin was very clean. The communication with the owner was quick, and she was always helpful. Luckily I spoke to her before our arrival to get the door code. VRBO never sent it, but I had spotty service there, and may not have been able to open an email, even if they had sent one.
There were a few things to make people aware of, however. There is no regular coffee maker, only a kuerig. So we were forced to go find some k-cups, no big deal, I just wish we would have known. There’s also no microwave or tea pot. So making things like oatmeal or popcorn becomes difficult or impossible. The owners recommend you bring your own drinking water, but nobody told us that until we read the book inside the cabin.
Also, if you don’t have an all wheel drive vehicle, this property might be inaccessible. It’s three miles down a dirt and gravel road, with steep inclines in certain areas. Some parts have been back filled with LARGE sized gravel rocks. It’s not ideal in a small vehicle.
It was super secluded and peaceful. The view is amazing. We enjoyed our stay. We liked being cut off from the world for a few days. There are some good DVDs provided, as well as snacks and toiletries. It was a really nice touch!
