We have stayed here multiple times for our family Christmas gathering. Its perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for overnight guests. Plenty of room for outside activities. We bring extra chairs for seating. Antonio is always quick to answer text messages.

Overall, the property was very good but with a few bugs - literally. The place could use a pest control service. But biggest issue was the lack of cable TV reception during the entire 3-night, 4-day stay. Property manager was not responsive and cable service was never restored. We don't think it was working when we arrived but don't really know. I would use the property again but would address the cable situation before starting the stay.

Nice place to stay
We were in town for a family reunion. It was just my wife and one of my daughters. We’ll likely bring more family there next time we stay. The three separate spaces will come in handy. One of the AC’s struggled to keep up so I changed the filter and it took off. I would have changed the filter for them other unit but couldn’t locate the air handler! Better place to stay than a hotel and multiple people have plenty of personal space.

Just what we was looking for
The stay was good. Everthing you may need is there. Older house place which needs releveling but not a big deal. It's right off the road which is no big deal. Need to be careful when putting the address in google maps. Make sure to put it in manually beause it will route you to another location. It is a private location seperated by a wood fence. Antonio was helpful finding the location and nice people.

Great place!
Our home is being repaired so we needed a place to have Christmas for our large family. This house fit the bill. We had plenty of room and overnight guests said beds were quite comfortable. It's close enough to Jasper to run out for needed items. Reservation was easy to make and Antonio is quick to respond to guestons. It was cold and raining so no time was spent outdoors. It's close to lake so would be perfect for summer activities. If need be we will use this place again.

Lots of room!
This cabin was a good fit for our family. It accommodated us well! Location was good....close to the boat ramp for us! There was one main issue....there are big black wood ants (quite a few), but the house is surrounded by trees, plus we saw some baby roaches. Maybe a frequent regular extermination would be helpful. I'm from Southeast Texas, so bugs are everywhere, but still..... We did enjoy our stay and the property owner was really helpful and worked with our check-in and check-out time.

There were only 2 problems with my stay, my son left a very expensive medicine in the refrigerator and we can't get the property owner to answer calls or text. I am offering to pay them to overnight it back to us but..... The other problem I will discuss with property owner if he ever answers. I would like to inform him before I post of here.

A very roomy house not far from town
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was short but sweet. The house is situated on some nicely kept grounds just a few minutes north of Jasper. Very convenient to the town and not too far from the lake. There are five rooms with beds. We used four of those rooms and found them to be very comfortable and mostly clean. The interior of the house is being updated with nice fixtures, but it is still a work in progress. Once that is completed, this will be a really awesome place to stay. There are three kitchen areas, as the house can really be broken off into three separate units. Thus there are three bathrooms as well. Water pressure is a little low, but not terrible. We booked the house for eight people, but there were only six towels provided. Not a huge deal. We shared. But don't expect a lot of stocking of the house. There were dishes and some detergent. TVs in every room with satellite was a nice touch. But no wifi was a bummer. Could use that. All in all, the house was just what we needed to be. We are glad we were able to stay here!

Rustic Fisherman's Cabin
1. Roach infested. 2. The front door would not lock. I notified the owner and he did not respond for 24 hours and the problem was not fixed. 3. Only 2 kitchen chairs were provided, so the rest of us had to sit in metal folding chairs. 4. No blankets!. Throws and sleeping bags were all we were provided for king sized beds. Several of the pillows were very stained.

Great value near Sam Rayburn
This property is a great value for a big group, near Lake Sam Rayburn. Everything was as described. There were minor bug issues which is expected near the lake - nothing major. TVs in every room, wireless, 3 kitchens, new charcoal grill which we used, we had a relaxing family time.

Communication with Antonio was great. The property is close to Lake Sam Rayburn which was the purpose of our trip. (However, Sam Rayburn was closed due to flooding but thankfully we were just 30 minutes from Toledo Bend and we were able to make that work.) Our only complaints are the house could use a good cleaning (lots of dead bugs & dirt along the window sills), several live bugs and spiders so could use a pest control service (I do realize that this is east Texas), and there are several warped floor boards from prior water damage. Those were the biggest concerns - someone stepping too hard and going through the floor (no one did but it was a constant worry). Overall, it was a good property and we’d stay here again. We had 10 people in our party - 6 adults, 1 teenager, 1 tween, and 2 toddlers. Everyone had a bed (the 2 year old was in a pack-n-play in his parent’s room). We had 5 vehicles and 1 large deck boat on property with no issues with parking.
