"This is such a lovely welcoming hotel – and it smells amazing! The staff are super helpful and happy to answer any questions and provide guides and maps. The room was exquisite with all amenities needed for a super lovely stay. We were lucky to be able to park in the onsite carpark for our stay, but there looked to be plenty of alternative parking options available around. Breakfast was superb with lots on offer. We sadly didn’t have time to try out the spa facilities, and I only wished we could...

"The stay was pleasant. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and yet within walking distance of the town centre. Parking was free on the street if a space was available although we elected to park the car at the hotel's own car park at 3 euros overnight. The only drawback was the room proved to be too warm on the night we stayed and there was no air-conditioning."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la maison Obono. Le diner et les petit-déjeuners étaient excellents, avec de bonnes portions! Les équipes étaient adorables et ont accepté de nous changer de chambre suite à une première nuit pas terrible (séminaire en parallèle, qui faisait du bruit et première chambre pas très bien insonorisée). Comfortable apartment near the heart of Vannes

Avoid like the plague

"The only good thing about this property is its location.Otherwise, be prepared for no WiFi, no hot water, and arriving to a dirty apartment after a long flight. The oven didn’t work half of the time, and despite being advertised as a fully equipped kitchen, I had to buy essential cookware like pots and pans out of pocket because low and behold they were all missing.To make matters worse, the building code changed, and the host never communicated the update—I was lucky I forgot something before heading out, or I would have been locked out for the night and slept on the street!!!The absolute lack of communication from the host is unacceptable, they don't even want to reimburse my out of pocket expenses. This place is nowhere near a proper vacation rental until they get their act together."

"Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine. "
