"The hotel is great. The spa is very nice. The inly problem is that most of the elevators were out of order during our stay."

"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. The front desk didn’t seem to recognize us when we returned and asked us to wait as the room wasn’t immediately ready. We sat on the...

"The hotel was fine, but they don’t have an elevator, the worst thing was the A\C in the room it was not doing it job we visited at July and we couldn’t open the windows because of the bugs, we had to park our car outside the hotel parking but it was a safe calm street so it wasn’t a big deal "

"First thing first - this property cannot be the right one if visitor doesn't rent a car. You can come on a public transportation pretty close. It's where the cave bath. From there to get to the property you need to clime 500 metras in up hill. There's no groccery stores, no cafe or restaurants. I was told that tap water is drinkable.. other than that I it's like a well kept , all clean rooms. I, and there's no shampoo. You clime up, got into property, want to wash hair? "Everything was as the listing advertised. Especially liked the location, so close to the Eger Castle and eateries but still very quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again the next time."
