"A perfect place to stay for a night. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. There is absolutely everything you might need in the room for a comfortable stay, including a robe and sleepers. There isn’t much in the area but public transportation is free and easy to access if you have time to explore the city. "No hot water! Never saw staff on site until I left on Friday morning. Staff did not understand any english. Immediate area was creepy and industrial. Wifi was acceptable. Strange room / had a metal stair case between 2 small areas. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!! "

"Very nice hotel, the room was quite large and clean. Only drawback is that it is a 1.2 mile walk to the old city so there isn't a whole lot going in the area around the hotel."

"Hotel is located just steps away from Novi Sad's pedestrianized zone, Republic Square, and Danube Park. It's about a 20 minute walk across the Danube to the fortress on the river bluff. Wonderful vistas of the Danube and Novi Sad. Hotel Putnik has a nice breakfast buffet, good wifi, ample hot water in the shower. There's limited onsite parking but I was able to secure one of the spots available."
