"Spent a couple of days at this hotel and overall was a good experience. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. You can literally go walking distance to various locations. Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. My only gripe was that hotel personal did not spek English. I ended up using google translate to resolve this inconvenience. Hotel surroundings outside need some work since some sidewalks are craked or broken. "

"Clean , best breakfast opportunities, was a last minute stay, I wish I could give them a five star because see rcvice was top notch but for people who are accessible challenged this is not the place for you. I use a mobility scooter to get around and to go eat the free breakfast It had to be brought to me.. there were no ways to make it to reception without walking down a flight of stairs… no accessible bathroom… there was a stepover to the larger size bedroom . If you have no. Accessible issues.. the hotel is a 5 star. The view from the window with the mountains and the seldom train that billowed. Through the center of the city.. the location of this hotel was beyond breathtaking."

"This place was dirty, had ants on the walls, the sink and the microwave. The AC unit was loud and if used for over an hr, will start to leak down the wall. The couch was dirty and filled with crumbs. the blanket they provide had gunk dried something on it. Couldn’t stay for the whole night, told the property I left and was told to returned the key right away—which didn’t make sense because it was non refundable and I paid for the night. Property hounded me to return the key. Once I did, I filed a claim with Expedia, property was no where to answer their call. Honestly, it felt like a scam. I don’t recommend it, if property doesn’t learn from this experience and thoroughly clean out the whole apartment they are offering to rent through Expedia. "
