Muito bom!
Pousada muito boa. As dependências bem cuidadas do aspecto de manutenção geral e limpeza. Quarto com excelente espaço, cama de boa qualidade, televisor smart. O café da manhã é individualizado, como na época da pandemia, acredito que diminua o desperdício. No geral gostamos bastante e se formos novamente a Japaratinga é um bom lugar para se hospedar novamente.

Pousada com instalações novas e bem equipada. Quarto espaçoso. Limpeza nota 10. A poucos metros da praia, numa região tranquila e paradisíaca. Tivemos um problema com a cortina do quarto que foi prontamente resolvida. Também demos sugestões sobre o café da manhã e rapidamente fomos atendidos. Diferencial da pousada foino atendimento dos funcionários, todos cordiais, disponíveis e solícitos. Parabéns especial ao Alex que nos fez sentir como se fossémos de casa nos deixando desejosos por um breve retorno com a família.

Tem de agilizar a conclusão da pousada
A equipe de atendimento, destacando Ricardo, é de excelência, os apartamentos são bem confortáveis… o que falta é o restaurante ter ar-condicionado, a área de lazer e piscina ser mais agradável e chamativa, não tem mesas e cadeiras suficientes. Realmente falta o toque pessoal e de charme nos quartos e área de lazer. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, atrás da mesa cabeceira estava imunda, não tem como desligar a luz da cama sem levantar e ir até o interruptor na entrada do quarto.

Ambiente muito agradável. Tudo novinho! Fomos muito bem atendidos e os pedidos feito para entrega no quarto foram sempre entregues rapidamente, sempre atenciosos!
