"It’s a very fun concept, but if you are not from one of the cruises you are almost forgotten about. They have such a crazy influx of people from the cruise that they get overwhelmed and can’t handle everyone. The activities are too expensive for somebody already paying so much to stay at the hotel. ..."

"Staying at Snow Hotel was a magiacal experience. The Gamme Cabins were cozy and inviting, the staff were incredibly friendly, we loved petting the huskys, and we were fortunate to see the Northern Lights close to the hotel. The Sami experience was especially meaningful. We hope to come back!"
