"I stayed here in lieu of a hotel room in Salisbury for a work trip and it was worth the drive, only about 20 minutes from Salisbury. Heidi is extremely hospitable, her breakfast is excellent, including authentic English tea. It was very quiet, air conditioning worked amazingly well considering this is an old home, c 1800’s. " The location was perfect for what we came there for. The property itself is very old and needs a total renovation. The carpet throughout the facility was filthy and the mildew smell was everywhere. The people we met where very friendly and the staff was very nice. We stayed because there was no where else to stay. Not to mention the annoying siren. For a moment we thought it was "The Purge". The hotel needs a lot of work. Sorry, just being honest..."
