You have access to the entire house with private parking space

Other things to look out for
- You must pay a deposit of €500 before arrival. This payment can only be made via airbnb payment.
- Additional costs: Water and electricity are expensive in Curacao. Electricity and water use are not included in the price, based on normal use, you can count on €10 per day for the entire house with 4 people. Consumption will be settled with the deposit at check-out. (Electricity €0.5/KwH Water €7.5/M3)
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
- Main booker must be 24 years or older.
- This is a house on a quiet resort where parties and noise pollution are not allowed. Silence hours are between 10pm-8am.
- For stays longer than 10 days, an intermediate cleaning of €100 (extra costs) is mandatory.
- Animals are not allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed, the number of guests booked is the number that is also allowed to stay in the house.
