"It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer."

The rooms are nothing short of spectacular. They are spacious, clean and very thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail is commendable. "The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. "

"Pathetic pathetic pathetic experience. Careless and non responsive team. We were stuck at Gulmarg hotel for 2 hours with very less network connectivity and no one from the team responded. We booked the hotel at Gulmarg on 20th July and got the confirmation as well. But when we reached ,the hotel had no booking and we were standing at the reception for 50 mins and the hotel couldn’t find the booking and was fully booked. The hotels.com team did not help at all. We kept calling continuously but...
