"It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer."

"The rooms are too small for even a couple & a child but otherwise, spotlessly clean. Overall hospitality needs an uplift as I found the staff a little 'crude'. The warmth that we are used to in the Indian hospitality industry was nowhere to be seen but functional for sure. "

"I would say its OVERVALUED, as per price they are charging.. 1. Facility wise -- Its lacking if compared to brand 'Marriott'. "Thankful to the manager very helpful and honest. The food was excellent and the stay nice with all amenities.only problem is the power cut and last day we had a whole night power cut, the water was cold, but otherwise service and location wise nice place to stay. Very near to popular restaurants, dal lake and other sight seeing locations. Overall satisfied, the driver Ashfaq was very well versed with the places to visit and an excellent person who helped us a lot! Looking forward to stay again."
