"We stayed here with family while our son was in a bass fishing tournament. The home has a wonderful view of the lake, kitchen well stocked, very comfortable beds, but what stood out above all of that was the cleanliness. Everyone slept well. The 5 mile drive into the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park off the main road was fun, very curvy road and scenic.

Didn't visit Jamestown. We stayed there, then went to a wedding in Monticello. It's a bit of a drive but still a great place to stay.
