"Wonderful hotel, spacious premium rooms, great buffet breakfast. Our only issue was the function below our room with a very loud band that reverberated throughout the entire hotel until around 10pm. The management, however, accommodated us the best they could, and i would easily return to stay again. "

"M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back. "The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."
