"Spacious, comfortable and staff friendly, responsive. Property a part of shopping/dining "village" if that a high property. Unit did not have air conditioning which was not a huge problem other than upstairs loft/bedroom area got a little stuffy. I ask for and promptly received a fan. I would suggest a non-industrial fan to keep the noise down."

"Great location, perfect little apartment, there wasnt a grill on the patio like in the pictures but free sodas, coffee and snacks were a nice touch. Also the price is really good for what you get. Best place we stayed in all of guatamala. Thanks"

"very nice condo, nice view, clean, all the updates, comfort bed, all the amenities, the owner well educated very helpful, answer right away, great location safe and quiet, very happy, will stay again in the future, highly recommended place"

"Great place to stay. Secure area with nice pool, gym area and views. Driving is recomended to get to the main center of town, as once you get out of the property it may not be as safe walking at night and trying to cross the very busy road."

"Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in. When we reached the apartment, the views were breathtaking, you're next to the airport and on the 16th floor. Beautiful place, except that's not the apartment I booked. We were supposed to have AC and there was no AC...
