"Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again"

"One of the worst customer service hotel in Indonesia. I arrived hotel at 12am and it was closed , none at the reception and no instruction si given anywhere. I had to make some calls so that someone from mamagement call the receptionist who was probably sleeping to come and see me. The rooms are super small and housekeeping wont provide an additional towel if u request. No hairdrier provided. "
