The Facilities are Great, Spacious Rooms, Great Lobby. Breakfast is great with so many variety. The Margo City Mall is just side by side with the hotel. Near crowd center, Pondok Cina Train Station, and University of Indonesia.
There are some notes though,
- The Air Conditioner was not cold enough during midnight (or maybe it just my feeling)
- WiFi Service is quite slow during the night (too many occupant?)
- The Laundry service return the laundry exceeded the time given for a few time. At the end, i have missed one of the laundry and just realized when I got home.
- The Front Desk seems confused when I asked for the Hotel Bill attachment (Rooms Service, Laundry) to be bought. Funny, I never have encounter this kind of problem before.
Luckily, there are 2 (two) Personel which is eager to helping Me solve the Problem,
- Thanks to Ms. Wulan from Front Desk, which scan all of my bill attachment and sent it via email. It helps me a lot to finish the Business Trip Administration in My Company.
- Thank to Ms. Maryati from Laundry Division, which sent my lost Laundry Items directly to My Home, especially without charge.
I really appreciate their help and cooperation so much and i hope the Margo Management can appreciate them well in a proper way.
At the end, I recommend The Margo Hotel Management to improve the skill and service quality of Front Desk and Laundry Division to give an excellent experience for the future guest overcome.
