This mercure hotel cannot make it. 1- floor trap is disgusting 2- tissue box not filled. Hv to ask to top up 3- bathroom not big enuff to change 4- shower door turn outside so all water dripped outside bathroom 5- linen is very coarse 6- towel equally coarse

Efficient business trip
Great lobby staff and very convenient location. Room is new but small issues with safe not working but fixed rapidly. There was solvent smell on first day in the floor but resolved. Why would you use solvents in enclosed space I don’t know ? They offer bikes and helmets, it is a great service but hotel can improve the maintenance of the bikes periodically. Breakfast quality was average, better to skip it.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly, service is good. Buffet breakfast is tasty and hv a good spread of choices. As the same as swissotel next door, the shower area definitely can be improved on.
