Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this property. The rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for 3 days because of a private event, no access was allowed. Breakfast moved to the lobby temporarily during this event. Hallways and my room (superior room) need maintenance, the walls have stains, humidity spots and holes, also, drainage was bad, I had to turn off the water all the time during showering and still the water would run over. I asked for it to be fixed, they confirmed it was fixed but it was exactly the same. Hallways were also dirty, and my bed linen had spots. My room was not cleaned during my stay, neither did I get toilet paper which was finished (I had to ask for it twice). On departure day we asked for towels to use at the gym shower, mine came but my friends' did not, we have asked twice. Staff was friendly but service was limited.

The place is located quite strategic, near a major transportation hub and the main business district. Room wise quite big, definitely larger than a typical contemporary hotel room. Toilet and Shower are separate so quite convenient if staying more than a person. The only thing I thought can be improved is a fridge.

An excellent option, in a great location within 2/3 mins walk of BNI City train station (on the main line from the airport) - and next to a metro station too. The staff were welcoming, the room and bathroom very good too. I would very happily stay here again.

4 times in Jakarta since 2022 . Hotel showers are getting older, weak water pressure coming out of the shower head. Air conditioner not cooling down enough . In 5 nights stay no pillow case was changed, shower towels smell bad. One day laundry service says cash only and next day from desk says credit card is okay. Location is the only reason why you might want to stay in this hotel.
