Excellent Hotel and Great Location
An excellent option, in a great location within 2/3 mins walk of BNI City train station (on the main line from the airport) - and next to a metro station too. The staff were welcoming, the room and bathroom very good too. I would very happily stay here again.

Room was good, even if not large. Bed was comfortable. The shower looks a bit old and could use some better maintenance. Breakfast was diverse, even if it could have more cheese or ham options. Staff was kind and helpful but sometimes communication in English was challenging.

Location was good enough. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Both are major shopping malls. The breakfast was good. The room has a damp smell maybe because of the high humidity in the area. They only give out bath towels. The hotel said they do not have hand towels. So that was unusual. The bath towels when it gets wet, has a smell. Like dirty laundry. So make sure you get fresh ones every day. The staff are friendly. Overall it's a good stay. The rate is very reasonable for the area. They let you do a late checkout for free until 1pm.

The place is located quite strategic, near a major transportation hub and the main business district. Room wise quite big, definitely larger than a typical contemporary hotel room. Toilet and Shower are separate so quite convenient if staying more than a person. The only thing I thought can be improved is a fridge.

The hotel is a convenient location in central Jakarta, about 45 minutes from airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly in general, and in securing transportation. Nice rooftop restaurant with great views!

We enjoyed our stay, we were on Junior suite room, the room is very nice, has city views. The only thing we were little bit disappointed was, no one let us know that the breakfast has been relocated to the reception, it was a bit crowded, were seating at the sofa sharing the tables with others
