"Outstanding Hotel, one of the best actually that I have stayed in Sarajevo. Conveniently located right in the shopping center access to Sarajevo City Center. Hasan who works at the reception has not only provided the best service but always went above and beyond to ensure we have wjat we needed. One example was when we were trying to find taxi to attend Severina Concert. He immediately ensured taxi was available while we were waiting in the lobby. Thank you Hasan for all of your outstanding service, professionalism, during our stay here."
