"Avoid booking a room facing the street, as the noise can be disruptive. During my stay, housekeeping failed to make up my room one night, and although I informed the front desk, no one followed up. On the positive side, the hotel is well-maintained and clean, with an outstanding self-service breakfast. While the property is above average overall, the customer service could use some improvement. "Andromeda Hills is a nicely kept apartment complex. The pool is a good size & area to relax in, however, the apartment we stayed in wasn't quite in keeping with the grounds. It was clean & tidy & had all that was stated in the brochure, (iron, ironing board, large fridge, air con, etc.), but it was a little tired & dated & in need of a lick of paint to freshen it up. Location was very good, close to the port & centre of Jaffa. "
