This is one of those places that looks dated in the photos, but when you get there you realize it’s actually pristine but like stepping into the past. Old school charm, for sure.

Beautiful hotel

We had a beautiful room that was quite cozy, clean, and offered anything you may have forgotten. Appreciated parking garage at the hotel. Location was great. Great stay and would recommend.

Definitely an older building, but fairly well kept. Clean. Had a comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming. A short walk from city shops and restaurants and other attractions. Beware that the brick and patterned sidewalks of Jaen make walking with roller luggage a bit of a challenge, but taxis are abundant and reasonably priced.

Dated and disappointing

Check in & staff welcoming was pleasant. Parking in underground carpark was good, had easy access & well signed. Hotel however was dated, booked double room & got two single beds (bedding as two singles) pushed together. Also mattress and pillows uncomfortable. We’re going eat at hotel but nothing available.

Horrible. No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

Acostumbro a dormir en hoteles 3 noches a la semana. Y este ha sido peor hotel con mucha diferencia. Para llegar a la habitación hay que hacer una travesía por puertas y escaleras, nada adaptado para personas con maletas. Todo muy viejo y antiguo, no vintage, si no viejo por uso. El baño con un olor horrible a desagüe. Entiendo que habrá habitaciones infinitamente mejores, pero en mi caso fue horrible. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, con el peloteo habitual de los hoteles. Agradezco mucho al servicio de limpieza de habitaciones por hacer todo lo posible por intentar adecentar al máximo habitaciones que tienen más años que la tos. Está claro que con la poca oferta de hoteles en Jaen no tienen que esforzarse mucho, ya que todo viajero acabará muriendo ahí. En resumen, no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.
