"I had a great experience. Erika was a great communicator replied to my texts immediately. I had no problem checking in or out. condo was clean and stocked with cookware, cleaning supplies. Beds were comfortable .No problem finding parking. Street noise was mild as expected Ave 48 runs through back of condo. Would stay again and recommend."

"Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. It was hard to discern the bedroom layout online; the twin bedroom access is only through MBr2, but we were all family so made it work. The backyard is fantastic, though we did not use the pool because it was cool weather - 60’s. The common area worked so well for us, could seat 8 for dinner, another round table for cards, and a large sectional for TV. Having a bar refrigerator was nice too. Would rent again! "

"We had two families stay here (11 in total) and it was great. Large living space, games room, table tennis, pickleball, mini golf. Pool was lovely and gas fire at night was awesome. Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Safe location within Terra Lago. Walking distance to the little park. Highly recommend."

"The property is in kind of an industrial area near the train tracks. It is in a busy road, and the office has some imposing looking signs on it. I was worried that wouldn’t like staying here. I spent two surprisingly quiet nights. The road was quiet after about 9:00 PM and didn’t hear a train at all once I was asleep. The owners kept the common property and my room VERY clean. Obviously this is a point of pride. I didn’t do ANY research before staying here. I would easily stay again. The food at Taqueria Mazatlan across the street is very good, by the way. "
