This house has it all, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, living room, dining room, deluxe kitchen, den with tv, family room with big screen tv and card table, top floor bar and bbq area with bar stools and outdoor patio furniture and a Rooftop Ocean View POOL!

This is the ideal house for families and large groups that want space and comfort.

- first floor - front patio, family room with tv, living room lounge area, dining area and open kitchen, 1 King bedroom.
- second floor - family room with game table and TV, pull out couch, king bedroom with private sitting/reading area and office, 2 queens rooms, 2 twins room
- third floor - infinity edge pool with great ocean views, bar, grill, refrigerator for drinks, dining table with umbrella and bar seating area, sun loungers and bathroom (shower portion is outside).

The house is located in Hermosa Palms, a beach front gated community less than 10 minutes from Jaco, on world famous Hermosa Beach. The house is only a 20 seconds walk to the beach and the beach front community pool is a short walk as well where there is also a restaurant/bar!

Wonderful location
Lots of room for our family of 7 adults to spread out. Loved the roof top deck for star gazing. Access to beach and pool is right in front of the house. Is a great beach for surfing but not as good for little ones.

Amazing place on the beach
We stayed here with two large families and it was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was clean and beautiful. The top of the house had a beautiful patio to sit and watch the wildlife. The house was right on the beach and it's a spectacular beach. Great waves and soft sand. Also right next to the large pool. Nothing was too close so we definitely needed a car. A welcome book with instructions would have been helpful to know things such as there was a pool key and its location. There wasn't much for closet space or drawers to put away our cloths, The power also went out a few times. It was a little hard to find that first night. All these are little things that didn't affect the top rating on this place.

Perfect house in safe/relaxing area of Hermosa Beach!
This house is fabulous. Great views from the rooftop hang out pool area, pool table room and comfortable beds. If you’re a cook - outside kitchen and fire burning pizza oven and cool indoor kitchen. 10steps from community pool, spa, bar, restaurant, surf board rentals and 25steps to the sand. House is 3 stories so you need to be able to do stairs. And the floor is super smooth (slippery) so we wore flip flops inside after swimming. Loved it!

Perfect getaway
This house had everything we needed including toys for our 2 year old. We had a couple of things that needed to be fixed but Michael was right on it. Having the community pool and beach access across the road was a huge plus. It was a very beautiful and relaxing vacation. We would rent this place again! Thank you Michael!

Beautiful House
We stayed for 5 nights. The house is beautiful and peaceful. You’re right next to the beach pathway and community pool beautiful sunsets . We enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck. Every morning we all enjoyed are coffee up there. We spent most days out exploring (surfing , atv to waterfall, catamaran cruise to private island) and would come back and unwind at the community pool or the rooftop pool. Michael was available anytime I had a question. I would definitely recommend this community and house if you’re looking for a chill vacation. We’ll be back.

Wonderful Experience.
Stayed with my wife, six year old daughter and parents (in their 70s) for 15 days. Everyone had the most amazing time here. I’ve travelled around CR quite extensively over the last 20 years. The rental property at Hermosa Palms was the best place I’ve stayed (at a very reasonable price). The view was beautiful. The place was so well equipped and super clean. The restaurant Yoyo’s at the community pool was the best food I’ve found in the Jaco/Hermosa area. Yoyo and her team are so sweet. Great music at the pool too! Mike, who manages the property, was awesome! Great guy, super helpful and accommodating. Can’t recommend this place enough!!! 5 stars all the way ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Beautiful property in a beautiful location
The property itself is beautiful and has lots of amenities. The location is perfect as it is across the street from the beach club and beach access. The host is easily reachable and checked that we had everything we needed. We had 6 people and had way more space than we needed.

Perfect Long Weekend in Hermosa
We had a seamless stay at Playa Hermosa, 3 nights and 4 days for an unforgettable wedding. The house was spacious and right next the beach and community pool; the rooftop pool gave us a secluded spot away from the crowds. Would absolutely return given a chance :)

Great house in a great location!
We loved the house and it couldn't have been in a better spot for my family. Close enough to town, but remote feeling on a quiet beach with a community clearly evident. We had a great trip.
