Three bedrooms on the entrance level and a sprawling primary suite on the second level all boast plush linens and ample space for you to spread out and enjoy the best that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining provide the perfect space for entertaining with all of the top notch amenities you would need. There is off street parking available in the dedicated driveway for four vehicles and two additional vehicles in the garage if the ping-pong table is folded. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit

Family Fun Weekend
We had an amazing time at this house. We loved walking to the beach everyday and playing games around the large dining table at night. We all were to relaxed and slept great in the comfortable beds. And the elevator was a great addition for my parents who stayed with us as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our daughter graduated from UNF. House is close to the campus. A short walk to the beach. Great neighbors. Close to restaurants and local beach shops. House was well though out for a quick stay and very comfortable.

This is a property that is so good, that you almost want to keep it a secret. They thought of everything. The location, right next to the beach was amazing. Not only is the property nice, but the owners thought of all the things you would need to enjoy a beach vacation home. Towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Its close to so many restaurants and shopping that we had trouble choosing. Its a winner!

This was our 1st time away as a family since our son was diagnosed with cancer. This was the perfect spot for us! Very clean and close to the beach. Our kids had their own rooms and loved playing ping pong to end each day. We will always look back with a smile for this vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to be back home early

Fantastic beach property for families
We loved our stay at Surfside! The house has a highchair, pack n play, and stair gates, which made it so much easier for us to stay with my youngest - much less to pack. The master suite is incredible; the kids loved the tub. The appliances and furnishings are super nice and new. The swings on the balcony are comfortable to hang out in. We visited during spring break, and the area was quiet, as you're south of the bars and restaurants, but not too far. They're a very quick drive. The beach access was awesome - the walkway is less than a block from the house, the beach is clean and not too crowded, and the few neighbors we spoke with were nice. Spoke to management via text when a smoke detector was beeping, and they were responsive and nice. This is definitely a property we'd visit again!
