The backyard is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring three types of grills and a newly completed saltwater heated pool with a swim deck.

Really nice house, well appointed across the board. Property manager was very responsive. Pool was perfect and the house is walking distance or 3 min drive to the Beach. Quiet neighborhood. 50 min. drive to St Augustine and 5 to 10 mins North or South to great dining. Perfect getaway!

Amazing beach rental
The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and the pool was awesome. The one thing I’d say was a small issue was the hot water heater. After giving two children a bath the water was cold. It heated up fast but something you definitely have to plan around. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 3 year old toddlers). The pool and backyard space was so enjoyable, large tvs in every room, and a great game room during the rainy parts of the day. The house is about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, but with a busy road to cross we chose to take the 3 minute drive and park right outside the beach entry. It was a great stay, would recommend to families!

Beautiful home. Pictures are spot on. Plenty of room for our family. We did ask right after booking to check in a couple hours early so we could all get ready for our daughters graduation from med school & got the typical answer of you could purchase the night before so you don’t have to worry about it, that wasn’t cost effective for us but it all worked out in the end. A few suggestions would be to add lights on the patio stair, the blocks all match & were hard to see the step down if you didn’t remember it was there. Add a couple dollar store plastic platters to bring to the outside oasis you’ve created since glass isn’t allowed outside. Leave a note on how to turn off the automatic lights in the kitchen, although they were beautiful you couldn’t sneak down to get a drink/snack w/o waking those who slept in the living room. Otherwise beautiful property! Thank you for the fun time!

We recently stayed for a few days with friends and this was truly a respite, a restorative trip for us! This home is an oasis - a little slice of heaven just a short walk from the beach. We had a great time! Nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean up to do date home. There were people in and out of the backyard to get the pool heater going for us and finish landscaping (we arrived shortly after they finished the pool) They also added an outdoor tv. Everything you could possibly need for cooking was available. There’s also an outdoor grill and smoker. Beds were extremely comfortable. Vacuum located in the garage (something I do daily and definitely appreciated that it was available to me). Very roomy open concept which made it easy for us to all hang out. The pictures are definitely a proper presentation of this little beach gem with a backyard oasis. We’d stay here again!
