Our rules are listed below:

- Please don’t flush wet wipes down the toilet. This unit has sensitive pipes and it will cause the sewer to back into the property. We kindly ask to dispose wet wipes in trash.

-Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. Please send inquiry for details.

- ***No parties or illegal activity allowed on site*** GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND BE FINED $1,000 PUS ANY EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES OR ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS.

- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.

- Up to 6 additional day visitors are allowed.
- Limited to 2 pets less than 35 lbs (additional fee of $80 will apply)

- Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host 24 hours to remedy the issue.

- Expectation is for the home to be returned in the condition in which you found it.

House completely mis represented
Rented home for 9 days. I would not recommend this property to anyone!! It was dirty upon arrival, dirty napkins on the floor, lamps with wires and light bulbs hanging under lamp shades, place was run down, 3rd bedroom was a bed placed in a walk-in closet upstairs, washer & dryer were outside & full of rust and A/C was broken & 83 degrees inside. After having a long day of Medcial treatment at Mayo & just wanting to rest the owner informed me that he wouldn't be able to have some look at A/C for severals hrs. by this time it was almost 5pm. Owner was aware of my current treatments. After asking to please reimburse me he refused. I had to find another home to rent, repack my stuff, out more money and had to move to another location. I have a been using VRBO for yrs with a perfect rating from owners & I have never had this problem.

Our stay at this home was highly disappointing. Right when we walked is the whole house smelt like cigarette smoke. The floors were filthy, making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. Additionally, we had to retrieve our own towels from the laundry, which was not what we expected. The lawn out back grass was not cut so we were unable to enjoy the yard. Furniture was falling apart and definitely not kid friendly. The overall cleanliness was subpar, and it felt like the host hadn't prepared the place properly. I would not recommend staying here.
