Front desk staff was efficient and polite. Room was clean. Bathroom was outdated but clean. Overall good for the money. Would stay there again, if visiting Jacksonville in the future.

There were floor pieces coming up from the bathroom floor by the toilet, also there was hairs seen on the toilet rim and shower. It had a musty smell upon entry, the beds were pretty hard, and the pillows were flat. We did however have pretty good front desk staff who tried to help with the pillow situation. Overall it’s ok.
