Picturesque ocean views at 705 Sailmaker unparalleled by any other on the island make this luxury Summer Beach 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome extraordinary. The second you walk through the front door, you will be astonished by the breathtaking views easily visible through the sliding glass door and large windows in the great room. The spacious great room features a khaki leather sofa and 2 navy recliners arranged around a gas log fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above it.

The newly renovated kitchen with its contemporary white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous gray granite countertops is open to the great room and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty home-cooked meal. A glass top table with seats for four is conveniently located just off the kitchen and is the ideal location to enjoy a delicious dinner while watching the waves crash along the sandy shore as the seagulls soar above. Through the glass slider, you will discover a large balcony with a beautiful view of the grassy dunes and scenic coastline. Forget your worries, relax, and unwind as you sip on a glass of wine and dive into a good book in one of the patio rocking chairs. Conveniently located on the same level is a guest bedroom with 2 twins beds and a half bathroom off of the entryway.

Upstairs you will find the roomy master bedroom with the most magnificent view! Open up the gorgeous white plantation shutters and watch the sunrise from the comfort of the plush king bed. A sink and large vanity area are also part of this elegant room. The updated master bath is adjoined to the bedroom and features a large beige tiled shower. Across the hall lies an additional bedroom painted a serene blue-green and featuring a queen bed with crisp white luxury bedding. This room also has a sink and large vanity area as well as a full bath adjoined.

This townhome is just steps from the beach! The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool. Guests can also purchase access to the Summer Beach Club conveniently located inside the Summer Beach Village Community. Complete with a large ocean front pool, a snack bar open during peak season, and recently renovated tennis and pickle ball courts, this exclusive access truly makes for the most relaxing fun filled vacation! This also gives guests access to book tee times at the Golf Club of Amelia Island! The Summer Beach Village community is also just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.

Fantastic beach property
We unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The furniture was comfortable and the view is exceptional. I will look for this unit again when we return to Amelia Island.

Location was perfect for our family. The set-up worked well. Unit needs a bit of updating (furniture) and kitchen utensils/pans. Also, had to space out showers due to limited hot water. Great beach access and close to restaurants.

Loved this place!
Five college girlfriends stayed here for an amazing weekend. The accommodations were comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the pool were ideal. This was a great value and stay!

The condo has the perfect view. The recliners in the living room are perfect! We couldn't get the internet to connect but I didn’t bother calling anyone. However, the management company called the next to see if everything was ok and someone was there within 30 minutes and it was fixed. Great experience!

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation . The house has wonderful view of beach and easy access to both beach and pool . The condo comfortably accommodated our family of four. Downtown area is just short drive from condo .

Beautiful dog friendly beachfront townhome
We only spent 3 nights at this beachfront rental, but we enjoyed every moment. This place is beautiful and so close to the dunes/beach - the views are incredible. I felt this was the best unit in the entire complex. The VRBO pics are accurate! This place is modern, clean, and well-stocked. Wi-fi worked great. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teenager, 1 elementary schooler, and 1 medium dog and 1 tiny dog, and the place was a perfect fit. We didn't need it but we could have fit two more people with the sofabed. They also had an umbrella and some beach toys. Very close to Omni and Ritz, and to multiple restaurants. Also had the use of two pools, tennis courts, etc. Can't recommend this place enough, and the management team was very responsive and kind. We hope to return again soon for a longer time! Thank you to the owner for sharing their incredible summer home!

Beautiful views from a light-filled, clean condo!
We loved our stay. Spent lots of time on the sunny balcony sipping coffee in the morning as the sun rose, watching the tortoises in the dunes at lunch, and the last of the beach walkers leave the beach at the end of the day. This condo is equipped with everything you need for a restful, relaxing stay on Amelia Island.

Great Property!
Property is in a beautiful location and is steps from the beach. It was exactly as pictured, fully equipped, and everything was in working order throughout stay. Guests have access to tennis courts, pools, and easy access to bike trails and beach. Property is both dog and kid friendly. We would absolutely recommend this property and would return if ever on Amelia Island in the future.

The property is lovely with great views and a fantastic deck
We had a wonderful time at the townhouse during the GA/FL weekend. It was very relaxing and we were happy to see other dogs at the complex as well. We enjoyed walks on the beach and spent a great deal of time in the rocking chairs on the deck. I would highly recommend this location and townhouse as it is quiet and peaceful and right on the dunes by the ocean.

this condo is beautifully decorated and centrally located. They have a wonderful Green Space to play with the kids and access to the beach is very close. These are older units but this one has been renovated and it is nice. It's also well-stocked. We had young children with us and they even had a baby gate which was a huge surprise and we were super grateful for it. We will definitely stay here again

Unique Dune’s Edge / Ocean View Property
A special townhouse- style unit in an amazing mid-island location with sweeping views of the natural dune-scape and ocean. Not as highly manicured as the Omni / Ritz properties but that was a plus for us. Immediate boardwalk access to the beach for long walks and a desirable sense of privacy, especially during our off-season visit. Highly recommended!

Loved the view!
Excellent, wide, unobstructed views looking out over the dunes to the beach. Corner unit with lots of natural light. Quiet neighborhood. Great location south of Ritz-Carlton and north of Omni. Good restaurants at both. There are stairs: an outside flight to the main floor entrance (second floor), then an inside flight from the living area to the master bedroom (third floor). I would definitely stay here again.

GREAT Location
We found this VRBO by chance and it was a gem. Normally we avoid condos because we travel with small dogs. The privacy of these townhome/condos and the pet friendly “stations” made it a breeze. The particular end unit location afforded the most gorgeous views of the ocean and we woke in the master to amazing sunrises. Unit was clean and showers and beds were comfy. Last, it was close to just about anything you want to do in the area. Would definitely return!

Paradise Perfect!
Renting was easy & price affordable. The property was immaculate with magnificent views & lovely, comfortable but tasteful furnishings. Only negative (and it is minor) is that we were prohibited from reducing AC below 70 degrees, even at night. We generally like it a bit cooler so that took getting used to. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!!
