Conveniently located on the ground level, glimpse the breathtaking views this condo offers immediately as you walk through the front door. Inside, gray washed tile floors will lead you to a brand new fully renovated luxury kitchen fully stocked to meet all your cooking needs. Glamorous granite, white cabinetry, high end stainless steel appliances, a colorful backsplash, and abundant counterspace are just a few of the key features in this dazzling kitchen space!

Looking out from the kitchen into the great room, you will find an elegant wooden dining table with seating for six. In addition, three barstools create a breakfast bar area to maximize seating and an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The adjoining living area features a tan L shaped sofa that wraps around an extending table top coffee table and is perfectly positioned around a large flat screen TV. The neutral grey walls mixed with coastal finishings and seaside décor throughout the condo create a tranquil ambiance ideal for a peaceful getaway.

Just off of the living rooms lies a private patio with 4 sturdy Adirondack chairs. Beautiful views framed by gorgeous palms create the perfect place to relax, indulge in a glass of wine, and dive into your next novel as the sun goes down on this lovely patio.

Adjacent to the living area sits the master bedroom featuring a Tommy Bahama king bed, the same gorgeous views, a flat screen TV and a private entry to the back patio. The private master bathroom is equipped with double sinks, dazzling marble countertops, and an extravagant walk in shower.

On the other side of this magnificent condo is the second bedroom which offers a unique bunk bed setup with two queen beds. This room also features a flat screen TV and a stunning bathroom with marble countertops and a walk in shower.

This breathtaking condo's interior finishings are absolutely unparalleled by any on the island! This soothing escape is directly oceanfront and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for a couple, a small family, or senior citizens. While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course near the plantation entrance, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or enjoy a golf game on one of Amelia Island Plantation's luxury golf courses. This condo also includes access to double tennis courts and pickle ball courts just across the street and includes additional amenities such as 4 beach chairs, a large umbrella, a medium sized soft dog crate, a beach wagon, a cooler, 2 bathrobes, an X box game system, games, books, Wi-fi calling, and a home security system!

Wonderful Vacation Rental!
This condo was perfect for our family! Nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds, steps to the beach and pool and bonus points for having a magnifying makeup mirror!!! All the extras that you'll need for a relaxing beach vacation - chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach towels. We had a blast and hope to return sometime in the future.

This was our first time on Amelia Island. What a gem. The condo is located on the south end of the island, the prettiest in our opinion. It's on the first floor so easy in/out if you have a dog. The pics are accurate, condo was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is the Perfect condo! It is just a few steps to the beach! The condo is updated and has so many extra little touches that you wont find in other rentals. If you have a dog, it doesn't get more convenient than this! This was our second time staying here and we will be back!

A Great Getaway!
We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island. The Plantation is a beautiful setting, and this condo is Sea Dunes is beautiful! It was the perfect place for our family of 4! Everything in it is very nice and the accessibility to the beach is amazing! I hope to be back next year!

We’ll be back!
We absolutely loved this condo and plan on making it our go-to on Amelia each year. It was myself, my husband, our 4 year old daughter, 8 month old son and the dog and it was perfect. It would be great with or without children as well as with or without pets. Not sure if my daughter or the dog were more excited to find toys specific to each of them, so that was a great touch! Really helpful having beach chairs & supplies in the trunk on the porch. We drove down from Georgia and although we brought A LOT (because kids, if you know you know), we didn’t have to bring the beach chairs, umbrella and buggy because they were supplied. The walk from the condo to the beach was short and sweet and the beach was never very crowded right there off of the boardwalk. All in all, this unit is perfectly stocked, decorated and very clean. No detail was missed. Amelia Island Getaways was a breeze to work with. We will repeat and I would 100% recommend!

By far the best yet!
This was by far the best stocked condo we have rented, they thought of everything from beach chairs to dog toys! The property is in excellent condition, very clean and in a great location within the resort. We were a bit hesitant renting ground floor because we though we may miss the view but no dealing with steps was well worth it for us and if you sit at the pub height chairs you can see over the dune and the arch the ocean. We will keep this one on our short list!

Beautiful condo, fabulous location!
This is our 6th trip to AIP and have stayed at 6 different condos. This was by far the best stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ocean and pool and the condo had absolutely everything you need! Our dog immediately found a basket full of dog toys and supplies...she was thrilled! We will try to book the same condo next year!
