This was a return trip and this was again everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our family was close by as well as the convenience of the beach. Our host was very helpful and professional. We will be returning for sure!

Perfect Place!
This was a perfect little home! The location was close to everything. The house was well stocked and clean. I am impressed with the quality of the paper products, soaps, and the comfort of the beds and pillows. We felt very at home. The back yard was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the canal. We watched the cranes fishing for their supper from the deck. So cool. We will stay again. Nick is a wonderful host!

Fantastic Stay!!
My family and I stayed here for 1 week and it was such a wonderful experience! Nick provided everything we needed & the home was clean & spacious and in a quiet, safe neighborhood! The back yard was our favorite spot - where it overlooked some water and offered such a peaceful setting! We would 100% stay here again and will tell anyone traveling to Jax about it! Thanks Nick!

We loved our stay here! The host was very attentive prior and during our stay. The house was beautiful and we loved its location. The host does a superb job making sure guests have the best experience. From thouroughly cleaning the house, to small details for things to do when iside the home. It was indeed perfection.

Completely top notch! Beautiful & very clean, comfortable & close to everwhere we wanted/needed to go. The backyard setup is a wonderful place to sit and unwind. Nick is an excellent host! We hope it's available for our next Mayo visit!

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. The home is so perfectly equipped and clean and beautiful. The water front deck is so relaxing. This house has more than everything you would expect. Most of my stays are disappointing but this one did not. It even has a king size bed with an adjustable mattress. Nick is such an amazing host. He answers every question immediately and truly wants your stay to be 5 star. Also, great neighbors in a very nice area.

Very comfortable place to stay near the Mayo clinic
We thoroughly enjoyed this house within a 10 minute drive to Mayo. Nice quiet neighborhood that is just as close to the beach. Home has everything you expect and more, even some nice surprises welcoming us on arrival. Super clean with quality linens and fixtures, nicely decorated. We loved the coffee bar and really appreciate the host’s attention to detail, obviously wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A home away from home! We would surely stay here again.
