Spring Break with the Family
Great location with wonderful views. Had a wonderful relaxing spring break with the family enjoying the beach and the island. Would definitely come back!

Excellent Condo
Fun in the Sun definitely delivered on a great spot on Amelia to relax and have a fabulous family vacation. Bedding and beds were comfortable and stylish. Living room was a cozy spot to sit back and watch the waves. We will definitely be back!

Amelia Island Conference with Confidence!
Due to the Ritz Carlton being oversold for a conference I had to find other accommodations nearby. #8 Ocean Place was literally steps away and absolutely fabulous!! It was a phenomenal retreat from the hustle and bustle of the conference. I would stay here again and again!

Expansive sandy beach and bright sunshine only add to this quiet, private adult vacation getaway
Updated apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably in 2 king beds. Bright sunshine awakens you in the master bedroom and balcony provides 180 degree view of the ocean, birds, fish, and distant maritime traffic. Interior color scheme and accessories make it easy to acclimate to the beachfront lifestyle.

Ocean Plsce 8 is GREAT
Always great to spend a week in #8. What's not to like about going to sleep to the sound of crashing waves and waking to a sunrise over the ocean Updated decor gives unit a youthful feeling. New swivel chairs perfect place to chill in the evening.

Fun in the Sun - Ocean Place #8
The view at Fun in the Sun is spectacular. From the moment you open the front door, the ocean performs its magic on one's soul. Whether looking out from the kitchen, sitting in the comfortable living area, or relaxing in the main bedroom with its king four poster bed, the ocean is front and center through giant slider windows or from the balcony. Loved the jazz playing when we arrived. And loved the speedy service when our lock malfunctioned and we waited only minutes to get in. Great stay!

Fun in the Sun
We have stayed in Ocean Place for many years and OP-8 was lovely. The master bed was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped. It does need a new coffee maker b/c the current one is old and overflows and we only had one dish towel. Also, the second bedroom bed needs bedding that fits the bed. Otherwise, everything was great.

Nice Place But Not 100% Clean
When we stripped the bed in master bedroom a ton of dust and white stuff flew all over our stuff. Bathroom could have been cleaner, found hairs from who knows when. Public hallways were filthy.

Ocean Place #8
This was a very comfortable unit in Ocean Place. Location on the 2nd floor was great for kids. The two barrel chairs and sofa in the living area were very comfortable for our family. The reason for the Four Stars is the kitchen could use some remodeling and the curtains in the master bedroom were only shears so if you plan on sleeping late you may need to bring an eye mask. Also the curtains in the living area were removed during our stay which left us with no way to block the sun which can be blinding in the early morning hours.

The location was very good. The condo was ok but not totally cleaned. Dirty placemats and very dusty. Kitchen lacked sharp knives, scissors, and other essentials. Limited supplies of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Certainly not enough for a 10 day stay. Bath towels were very limited and had to use beach towels to get by. Need more towel racks in the main bathroom. Mark was the only person from mock that was good. The rest of the people ,once you got somebody on the phone were rude and not helpful. This includes when were renting the place.

Fun family trip
Convenient second floor location with beautiful views of the ocean and comfortable beds. It was nice to have in unit washer and dryer, starter supplies helped. We vacationed here with my wife, 18 month old, and another couple, The unit felt a little tight for 4 adults and a baby. The unit feels outdated, particularly when compared to other units in Ocean Place. The kitchen could use a make over and refresh of pots, pans, cutting boards etc. The master bedroom has no room darkening and the sun rises on that side which makes it extremely bright very early which forced my wife, baby and I to sleep in the smaller second bedroom. Lack of beach items was a bit surprising. Entertainment center in the family room takes up a lot of space and not convenient for hanging out with family. One dish towel in the entire unit. Overall loved Amelia Island and made some great memories
