The property was great! Nicely updated decor and location is perfect. Most rentals you need to bring your own cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper towels, etc., but this property was very well stocked. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Perfect spot
Easy drive from Jacksonville Airport, all restaurants and grocery were no more than 15 minutes away. Beach and pool were very nice, not crowded, and the condo was perfect! Only issue was the code to the door - especially locking it on the way out - it worked 1 out of every 3 attempts, could have been user error. Would definitely go back though!!!

This is a great condo, with awesome views of the beach. The pool and beach are convenient. There is a wonderful grocery store 2 miles away; there is easy parking. This is a turnkey great beach experience. The host was very accommodating and this is a great choice of a rental.

Excellent location and views
Pictures and words don't do justice to the phenomenal ocean views and sounds. We slept hearing the gentle sounds of the ocean, and the main living area has a straight view of the ocean. The place was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for comfort in a home away from home. The home and furniture are updated. We may never rent anywhere else in Amelia again, as long as this listing stays active!

Perfect, peaceful get away
We traveled about 4 hours from Georgia for a quick girls trip. We loved the condo. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and a good supply of toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning supplies and even laundry detergent. It was so nice to not have to purchase any extra items to take up more space traveling home. The walk to the pool And beach is very easy. We enjoyed the restaurants and walking through Centre street. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Stay
Excellent space - we had everything we needed and found the space to be extremely comfortable! The balcony and view is perfect, the location is amazing and the unit is well supplied! (Wifi worked great for the teenagers!) We were there during hurricane Debbie - and while it wasn't a direct hit - there was a lot of wind - and we did not experience a power loss (while friends in other places did).

Property was super clean and had everything you needed without hitting the store: garbage bags, soap, dish washer pods, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. Nice addition was also have a few beach chairs. Property was very clean, communication was great, location was nice and quiet, easy access to beach and pool. Great family get away with our 21 and 19 yr old kids.

Our (beach) home away from home!
This is our second time staying at this condo and it’s the best! We hope to continue to use it for our AI vacations in the future! Our family loves the condo and it’s so nice while also feeling homey. Our property manager was communicative and we felt we could call him if we needed something. It was the perfect week!

This condo checked all of our boxes- clean, great spot with a beach view balcony, a pool, nice for the budget, and plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. Garrett’s place was lovely and had everything we needed and more. Garrett had fantastic and clear communication from start to finish and check in was a breeze. We were bummed to learn the community pool was closed our entire stay due to a broken pump, but that’s certainly beyond the host’s control. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would consider staying here again.

this apartment was close to a wedding we attended. It was a great get away when not at the reception or wedding. The access to beach is great, and the apartment is quite nice. Garrett has great accessibility and is a very good host.

Great condo with all the amenities
I have tried a few properties at this condo complex and this one by far was the best. Plenty of towels both bath and beach, sand chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Upon arrival we had a snack basket waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch as well as all the kitchen gadgets needed along with spice rack. Condo is very clean, A/C works great, each room had a ceiling fan as well as TV’s with connections to watch the Olympics every night. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The title came from our maiden names starting with a C - Carter & Cook. We thoroughly enjoy our time at Garrett’s condo. This was our 4th year there and the weather couldn’t have been better.
