Great place to stay
We had a short weekend trip to Fernandina Beach but this location was perfect. The condo itself was well equipped and in great condition. It was a short walk to the beach and a short ride to downtown. Will definitely stay again.

Great comfortable space close to beach & short bike ride to historic district.
We stayed for 10 days…kitchen was well equipped w/Keurig, all the kitchenware needed to make some delicious dinners. Big Screen tvs, reliable wifi, Netflix, cozy blankets, parking right in front of unit w/easy to open electronic lock all made it a most enjoyable experience & a great value!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Ferdinand Beach. The condo was the perfect distance to get to the beach, where we hunted for sharks teeth!! The condo was very clean and accommodating for our four legged friend. We would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay! The place when we first walked in needed to be re-swept- it felt like sand was still everywhere. Otherwise the place was clean and well maintained. The location was great, close to the town and the beach!

Perfect for a quick beach getaway!
Our family was looking for a quick getaway from Kissimmee and this was the perfect place for it. I never had to reach out to the condo's contact because I had no issues. It was clean and within walking distance to the beach. You can tell it was recently renovated and they did a great job. Amelia Island is a wonderful town. I would absolutely stay here again!

It's a great little place to stay. Our two complaints are 1. The beds are both uncomfortable. They both need new mattresses and box springs. No. 2. It would be nice to be able to watch Fox News. .

My boyfriend & our friends loved the location, availability of the owner, & the overall cleanliness of the condo. Our only cons were the beds were very hard, the master bedroom comforter had sand on our arrival (not much but enough to notice), the dryer doesn’t vent to outside due to building design so it can get hot in the condo when run (but the AC is awesome & it quickly cooled things down), & you can hear everything from the bathroom which was just weird but wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay again! All the cons were very much masked by the pros.

Enjoyed a weekend stay here with 3 adults and 3 kids. Clean unit and everyone fit comfortably. When we arrived the smoke alarm in the outside hallway needed a new battery and David was kind enough to send his son to change it out right away so we didn’t have to listen to it beep all night.

Perfect getaway
We needed just a little getaway to unwind and this was the perfect condo for that. Upon entering the condo we could tell right away it was clean and we felt right at home. I really appreciated the keurig and the coffee that was provided for it. They also left a nice little snack box and after a 4 hour drive it was much appreciated and a very thoughtful gesture. The walk to the beach was about 5 min and they had beach chairs available…another very thoughtful gesture. I just want to point out that the beach chairs were CLEAN and looked brand new…you don’t see that often and I think that shows the amount of pride they have for their rental. We had one tiny little thing that we needed help with and the owner replied quickly and was able to provide assistance pretty quickly which I also appreciated. Over all 10/10 stay.
