Nice house for a family gathering
This house easily accommodated 6 adults (3 couples) and 3 children. Owner was very quick to fix a problem with the A/C. House was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from the beach.

The property is such a short drive to the beach! It is incredibly clean and you can tell they pay attention to the details (clean dishes, everything in good condition, etc). Communication with the property manager was excellent. I would book it again!

Football Weekend in Jacksonville
House was very clean. Check in and check out were seamless. Great size backyard for kids to play! Spacious bedrooms. Only suggestion is for more dishtowels or bigger drying rack for dishes in the kitchen and a larger measuring cup for cooking. We had a great time and would stay again! Close to everything we needed.

The property was very nice and made for a comfortable place to stay. We did notice two or three small roaches crawling on the floor, which we promptly killed. We have three recommendations though. 1. Make sure fan/light remotes have batteries in them. We had to purchase two batteries. 2. Rugs in living area/hallway need to be secured with a nonslip undercover. 3. In the listing information, please indicate that the nightly price is for four people; not ten even though the property sleeps ten. Person(s) looking to rent this property need to know upfront that they may be charged extra per person over the four. We hope our review helps the owners make some necessary improvements. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, reasonably priced place to stay. We enjoyed our three-day stay!

The property is located on a very quiet street with many ways to get in and out of the neighborhood and close enough to the beach that you could walk to the beach as well as to some restaurants and the owner was very prompt when communicating with me when I had questions. This is one property I would like to return to if I came back to Jacksonville

This property is newly renovated and spotless. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Supermarket is close by car. Owners can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Attila and Celen live nearby and are quick to respond to all communication. We would definitely consider returning.

Beautiful beach house with backyard for the kids!
The property was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen. We walked to the beach everyone with kids in strollers and played for hours in the backyard. Attila was very attentive and quick to help!
