This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living and dining areas, a brand new washer and dryer, and a cable TV. The ocean-view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed, just for lazy morning sunrises from your bed, with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has a queen bed and a shared bath with a tub/shower combo. All mattresses are brand new, so you're sure to get a great night's sleep! This unit is an oceanfront townhouse with an entrance on the second level.

The condo does have about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 stairs located inside the unit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location!
My group of 4 friends loved the location of this condo! Perfect location for beach access and pool access. There are lots of steps, but we knew that going in. Building and unit are very quiet.

Well stocked kitchen with some other things needing attention
We love the view and the porch. Overall this is a nice place. Older furniture in the family room, so we spray with fabreze. Broken chair on the otherwise fabulous porch with an umbrella. Yay! And, they need to put one box of tissues in every bathroom.

Beautiful property in a great location
We loved our stay at this Sailmaker condo. It had lots of space, the bathrooms were gorgeous and the kitchen was fully updated and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. We watched the sunset from the deck and enjoy the easy beach access. We hope to be back again soon.

Perfect Experience All Around
This was our second stay in the Sailmaker development but our first in this unit as we needed a 3-bedroom. Everything was amazing from the booking, management and communication experience from Vacasa to the condo itself. The location of this unit offers incredible views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect as well with every bedroom pretty much having their own bathroom. The living space was nice and open. We really enjoyed this condo, the community and the rental process from beginning to end.

What a view!

We were very much looking forward to our stay here but the outbreak of the coronavirus unfortunately we had to cancel. The management company was accommodating to our needs and we will try to book again in the future!

Spacious home away from home
Great location, spacious, comfortable. Overall this was a great condo for my family of 5. The first night was uncomfortable for my husband because of the bedding provided but the housekeeping team replaced the bedding the next day and we were very comfortable the rest of the week. Vacasa was very prompt in helping with any issues. The view was wonderful, we loved having the washer and dryer, the rooms were a great size, the kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. I would consider a different coffee table though as my 1 yr old thought it was fun to bang his sippy cup on the glass top. That made me very nervous!

Nice property
We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was a beautiful spot and we loved Amelia Island and Fernandina. The rental has a very nice atmosphere and is nicely decorated. We only had two complaints- we often ran out of hot water when taking showers (only four of us but usually all showering around the same time) and the clothes dryer is sadly slow. I felt guilty about how much energy I must be wasting trying to dry our beach towels. But, those two things are small potatoes to the amount of fun we had on the beach!

This unit was really nice. Very convenient to get to the beach, pool, and parking. Beds were comfortable. If you have small children, the shower in the twin bedroom has extremely strong pressure and the shower head is not adjustable. My kids couldn't handle the pressure bc it hurt their skin. Dishwasher wouldn't work, called the management company and they fixed it that same day! No complaints. It was great!

Great Location!
The property was very nice and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. everything was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only problems were that some of the pillows weren't very comfortable (the master was fine). I enjoy a tub bath and the only bathtub was difficult to get into. The door was on the wrong end. Those problems were minor. We loved the area and since our daughter and her husband live in Jacksonville, we plan to come again. Hopefully, the pandemic will be over and we'll feel more comfortable eating at the restaurants.

Great Location, not so sure about Vacasa
My family and I have stayed in this sailmaker complex for over 2 months combined over the last 4 years. The property is clean, nice and has a great location on the beach. My issue however is with Vacasa. When we arrived, the gate code provided did not work and we did not have any running water in the entire unit. In the past, I'd reach out to the owner/property manager on VRBO and we'd sort this out quickly. I learned pretty quickly that the person from Vacasa I was texting with was nowhere near Fernandina beach, and they would not put me in contact with someone who could fix the problem. All they could do was submit a ticket. It took about 5 hours to actually hear from someone in Amelia Island who could help. We also never got the correct gate code. Vacasa was quick to ask if I was typing it in the right way. This was all a serious disappointment given our great experiences in other units. We also paid top dollar for this condo since it was the weekend of the Amelia car show. I will definitely look to rent in Sailmaker again, but will not do it through Vacasa.

Lovely Beachfront Condo
This beachfront condo has beautiful views of the ocean and is ideal for a family visit. This is a quiet condo community with great beach and pool access. It is close to resort amenities and only a short drive to the historic district. We loved our stay here!!!

Perfectly stocked!
We have stayed at this community 4 years in a row. This has been the best ocean front 3-bedroom townhome. Kitchen is amazingly stocked. We loved the umbrella on the balcony. Amelia beach is the best!
